Engaging Women in Public Service is an initiative of the UNC-Chapel Hill School of Government that conducts research, teaching and public service aimed at promoting gender-balanced leadership in government and nonprofit organizations, particularly at the local level.

Engaging Women holds events and programming to address the unique challenges facing women in public leadership.
